Built by Kiwis,
for Kiwis
PayDay was born from a simple frustration: why is managing money still so manual? We set out to build the tool we wished existed.
Our story
It started with a missed bill. Like many Kiwis, we were juggling multiple accounts: one for bills, one for savings, one for everyday spending. The system worked great... until it didn't.
Every payday meant the same tedious routine: log into banking, calculate amounts, make transfers, hope we didn't forget anything. One busy week, we did forget. That missed payment sparked an idea.
What if your money could organise itself?
We built PayDay to solve our own problem. A simple app that detects when you get paid and automatically splits your money according to your rules. No manual transfers, no mental math, no missed bills.
PayDay is built right here in Auckland, by a small NZ team, designed specifically for how New Zealanders bank. Today we're pre-launch with a growing waitlist of Kiwis ready to put their pay on autopilot.
